with yet another day of below zero temps and flying snow, i have warm memories of baby v and lewis the cat, as they crossed paths last summer at my favorite garden store, just a beautiful walk away from the cottage.
i’m just going to stop over for a minute and tell lewis something.
okay, we are good.
lewis is a well-respected and incredibly tolerant employee. and a very good listener.

Cuuute! what a listener indeed 😉

like that 🙂 A really cute photograph 🙂
Sorry I haven’t been around much, I have a

Wow he’s been on a long time. I hate to say it, but does Lewis know that they aren’t planning to let him retire…ever? A great reason to go to the store, whether you need to or not!

i don’t know that they’ve talked to him about it, but i have no doubt he’ll take over the store, once the others are gone )

I can only imagine how thrilled Baby V was to spot Lewis. I’m a bit like that myself. Almost every garden centre I go to takes extra long because I must love up every critter I meet. I worked at a garden centre for 2 seasons and they had several cats and a wonderful dog named ‘Winston’, they sure made all the hard work must more pleasant.
