eating dinner out with baby j
is always
a culinary adventure
of
the highest order
part of the meal
is often spent
below the table
and then
the appearance
of a tiny, pudgy hand
reminds me
of why
we are here
sharing
our food
and
our space.
Peek a boo 😃 cute

Pudgy little hands. Co-operative when hungry. Not, when not. Out or at home but always an adventure. Too cute.

An explorer and a foodie both. I admire baby J so much, Beth.

I’ve often wondered what it would be like to eat a meal under the table………

Those precious fingers, so chubby and cute!
I had only one who did this for awhile… I was so happy when my brother, her uncle, came to visit. The two of them would go under the table. I never had much patience with it, as a mother but now, I would! (Alas, no Baby J’s twins with their under the table eating habits, amongst my 6 grandies, Beth!)

Ha, in everything we do there is always a spoon feeding period, and it reminds us to be patient and to guide because we are the one being guided before =)!
