Amazing image!!! In the start of cleaning out of old within this house of ours, I realized how painful it is to get pulled back to the past in many circumstances. I prefer to keep my eyes focused on the Present Now, moving ever forward. Great post! Thank you. Love, Amy
Awesome! I always choose growth. I try to do something that scares me a little each month…though I should probably do that each day. But, those challenges make me feel like I am growing.
Well, there is always the possibility of staying in place and pondering… 😉 I’ve been known to do that, especially when surprised by something that forces me to make a choice. I have this “freeze” response which is quite annoying. You definitely would not want me to be the leader of a group of people in crisis!
If that’s my option: safety. Definitely definitely safety. Just throw in some crocodiles underneath and bad guys with swords on either end, why don’t you?
oh that’s amazing… very true! thanks for sharing 🙂

Somrtimes, to be honest, I may step back in to safety to catch my breath and gather my wits. Then I step. Or jump.

Scary. I’d go forward, but I’d be clinging tp the side wires as I cautiously moved ahead. So true, Beth. 😉

I know what I should say, but saying is often easier than doing, otherwise life would be less complicated and we might get bored !

A great piece of advice there beth, although I may just wait until they put up a bridge not made of matchsticks and cotton. 🙂

It’s so tempting to remain in the safety zone isn’t it. Not stepping out into the unknown…or perhaps it’s is the known. Beautiful post. xx
