IF our hearts are ready … if not, we must be patient.
That cherry reminds me of a rock I found walking to the last hole of a disc golf course. It was shaped as a heart. Instead of taking its picture, I immediately started to dig it up. I found that it was part of a much larger rock, and by uncovering the dirt that I did, the portion showing no longer bore the shape of a heart.
I was disappointed in myself. Buddha said that how we love is like how we treat flowers. If we like them, we pick them. If we love them, we water them. I wish I’d ‘watered’ that rock that day rather than attempting to pick it.
Indeed. Lovely words

There is something really touching about finding an object resembling a heart. Beautiful simple photo.

We see <3's in our world, whether a cherry on yours or a bush of flowers in Luanne's. I see hearts in clouds. . . Loved this, Beth! xo

Imagine how healthy our world were we to eat a heart-shaped apple every day, especially if given by someone who loves us, inside and out.
