This is very good to find out other ways to incorporate nature, although yours (and my own classrooms) have always included nature, in hikes, gathering samples, having children learn to adapt without any technology interrupting their education and thought processing. . . especially wonderful for those who get so over-stimulated with “busy” and noisy classrooms. Social interactions seem very well benefitted through this, too. So happy for you, to get first hand validation of your own philosophy, with some of Montessori influences, too.
