grandies wake up in the cottage

and run downstairs

to take in all the magic

of the new morning snow

and 

perched atop piles of books

eagerly await the arrival 

of their cousins

who will soon help them bake

a team of sweet gingerbread reindeer.

  19. Isn’t that a lovely quote and thank you so much for bringing it to my attention. I do remember when I was a kid, about a week or two ago, we always met up with my cousins for the summer holiday and had a brilliant time together. Even now, after all this time they remain my closest friends based on the bonds formed in our childhood adventures
