I believe the mass of men and women waste a lot of time chasing happiness until they stop to count their blessings and discover joy in their gratitude. Thank you for the reminder, Beth.
I am thankful every month on first Friday we have 2-3 street blocks cardoned off for monthly activities. One church brings hula hoops and bubbles, along with several coolers full of bottled water. They play regular music and don’t really preach, but they have fliers to take about their church. I have seen people approach to find out more. 🌈💫
Perfect! Huge smile, Beth. Have a magic weekend 🙂

My mother said as a child she would play with the hoops from wooden barrels – long before the hula hoop was ‘invented’.

i love when they close the streets to make them pedestrian friendly – brings a sense of community

It certainly does and your area is pedestrian friendly, in many ways!
