who wouldn’t buy from these six?
not many customers were available
and most who stopped by
had no money on them
so they changed their marketing plan
added music, dance, costumes
even an impromptu wedding
and
after drinking away
much of the merchandise
everyone still made a profit
not bad for a day’s work.

Lovely post! If life gives you lemons, have fun anyway! Great quote from Elizabeth Gilbert. I love her work.

definitely true, and if it doesn’t work out as planned, add in some music and a wedding.

How sweet it is to be young and free! I once had a little one give me directions to the ATM when I sadly stated I did not have money … lol!

Look at those precious children making the most out of everything!! I have six days to run through. Did I mention Carrie, 37 year old daughter is getting married on 7/7/17?
I made her wedding bouquet our of silk wildflowers on Monday (after work!!) with green wire tightly wound and cream burlap wrappung. We had the lingerie shopping Tues, the impromptu bachelorette gathering Wed and they put a bid on a house and are “under contract” today (Thurs)!!! I’ll be missing the actual wedding since it is just the solid 4: Carrie, Daniel, Micah and Skyler. 💞

I had to look online for a tutorial, or pay $15 more dollars at the craft shop for them to put it together. (It cost $26 and someday when I run out of stuff to post, I will show it on my blog. 🙂 )
