That book set off new ways of thinking for many, many people, it was a courageous book to put out in the world. Harper Lee was a gem.

It is one of my favorite bookstand movies too. That smile on Atticus’ face in the photo probably looked much like the one I wore when looking at it.

Hi, yes those words resonate with me, there have been too many times I have felt angry at someone over something they’ve done and never put any thought into why they did it.

This is my all time favorite book….I’ve read it every year, at least once a year, since I was 12. Sometimes, I read it and when I get to the last page, I go right back to the beginning and read it again.

Unfortunately I never read it. But I loved the movie. Gregory Peck was amazing. It was such an eye opener about the times I grew up in or close to it.
