There was set before me a mighty hill,
And long days I climbed
Through regions of snow.
When I had before me the summit-view,
It seemed that my labour
Had been to see gardens
Lying at impossible distances.
True.
By the way, when I first moved to Arizona I wanted to see, literally, what was on the other side of the mountains; so I decided to take this narrow (dangerous I learned afterward, illegals’ pathways) dirt road…long story short…3 hours later I learned that it’s not only a metaphor; there’s just more mountains!
Absolutely.
