I don’t know if the burden you are talking about was physical or, ,more probably, psychological. Either way I wish it wasn’t so and my heart goes out to you 😦

Oh, sorry to worry you. I just meant it in a general sense, I see people suffering with this in all parts of life. I really like this approach and try to live it myself.

I say that often – the next day – and I try to do that! In any case, what has happened, is done with. HH has a brilliant attitude to things in the past (as he needs to have as he is terribly accident prone!): “Past stuff is past. What’s done is done. That’s the way it IS and we can’t change it back or make it better.”
Which is especially maddening after having just smashed another piece of antic porcelain I bought in England….. but still: So true!
