a new garden begins
in the first spring
spent at my home
first things first
a door is decorated
tiny flowers are planted
shells and stones and treasures and glittery things
are scattered
leaving room for more to come
the fairies are welcome
to visit and stay at their leisure
i’ll listen very quietly.
- “there is always music amongst the trees in the garden, but our hearts must be very quiet to hear it.”
-minnie aumonier
The most beautiful thing I’ve seen in a very long time.

i feel like it will. at my last home, families came by daily, and left things, took things, chatted with the fairies, and enjoyed themselves.

With the kids being stuck at home, a couple of little girls around the corner have built a Fairy garden. It’s really cute.
Beautiful post – hope many hear the magic

oh that’s beautiful, Beth and a lovely quote — we must be very quiet at times to hear sounds other than our own noise

Yes! The forests do make their own music and the faeries love it. I like your faerie garden. I love all faerie gardens. 🙂
