  1. Latest favorite is Sanders chocolates, but eating one — or two, or, three when i’m really bad — of these dark chocolate sea salt caramel feels much less sinful than calling Sanders chocolates ” junk food”! And, Beth, they’re made in the state you share with junk food addict (not!) Michael Moore in Clinton Township, Michigan. I bet their tours give free samples. The website is sanders candy.com but you can’t eat them virtually. 🙄

  2. Mmmm, junk food… It is something that we rarely have in our house. I would celebrate with Fritos, Dr. Pepper, and Almond Joy bars. So bad, but so good!

  3. I think an occasional splurge is a must. And I do like the sweet then salty thing so I’ll start with an O’Henry chocolate bar, followed by Miss Vickie’s Black Pepper and Lime potato chips!

  4. I don’t like junk food and pop.
My idea of food fun is homemade banana bread (no eggs) OR nachos that I make with whole grain rounds and lots of healthy toppings.
Actually…. I’m not allowed to be near Old Dutch potato chips. Whew! Just thinking about them makes me gain weight!

  5. Every day is national junk food day here. I have my stash hidden in my room. Dark choc with almonds and sea salt or ginger for the really tough days. Right now it’s hint of lime tostitos or coconut milk frozen Popsicle’s. I need salt and cold right now. Heat in not my friend. Kit Kats or tootsie rolls when I’m nostalgic. I wish I could give up junk food but even a 12 step program couldn’t help that addiction. 😉
