in honor of national pie day

i am proud to announce that 

once

on one fine summer’s day

i was declared

the women’s speed pie eating contest winner

at the local fire department’s picnic

no hands

just a chocolate pie and a competitive spirit

  1. We don’t have a National Pie Day in UK, we have a National Pie Week – first week in March. Shepherd’s pie would be my favourite. The town of Wigan is famous for pies so they don’t celebrate Pie week in March because every week is Pie Week in Wigan. Have you got a favourite?

  2. You are a woman of many talents.😎 I could watch a pie-eating contest. It’s that hot dog eating contest they hold each year that makes my skin crawl. Joey Chestnut, competitive eater (what a gig!), holds the record by consuming 75 hot dogs in twelve minutes.😜
