since sauce is so diverse, one kind of it or another can go on literally anything.

  26. Oh boy, only one sauce? For sweet, chocolate ganache heated to pouring consistency definitely wins. But for savoury… a nice rosemary balsamic reduction? Bernaise? Saffron beurre blanc? I guess I’ll have to put them all on the menu this month! Thanks for the reminder 😋
