We call our magic sauce schmoo. Whatever mixes in the pan with savory liquid. For sweet, it’s hard to beat salted caramel.

National Sauce Month – I love it! Just used some lemon/butter/white wine sauce for some fish I baked – served on top of cauliflower mashed (regular potato for me) and it’s a dream!

Sanders chocolate sauce is so yum. Hard to pick a fave, but Arrabiatta comes close. Perfect with shrimp and or pasta.

Oh boy, only one sauce? For sweet, chocolate ganache heated to pouring consistency definitely wins. But for savoury… a nice rosemary balsamic reduction? Bernaise? Saffron beurre blanc? I guess I’ll have to put them all on the menu this month! Thanks for the reminder 😋
