Thank you for the link Beth .. what a enjoyable piece of classical music, played so brilliantly on the toy piano .. .. yep .. “from little things, big things grow”
That was great. I used to have a tiny piano like that when I was a child. I never learned to play anything on it though, not even ‘Chopsticks’.
Best wishes, Pete.
Wow! My wife and I are amazed by this video and his talent. I just checked out Julian Clef’s website, and he’s quite accomplished — for someone who took up piano at 16! Thank you for sharing, and I look forward to following your blog! 🙂
I also am curious, Beth, and so impressed: What’s your secret to amassing over 13,000 followers?! I see you’ve been doing this a long time, but still …. how do you do it? ☺️
At first I had 0, it’s just built over time. One important thing is to connect and comment on other’s blogs. Soon you’ll begin to see connections and relationships grow. I truly enjoy it and love the feedback

that really puts a lot of pressure on kids who got one of those toy pianos for Christmas…
I can imagine a piano teacher giving lessons on that tiny piano. seems like it would be an SNL sketch…

That was Al Hirt doing that. He was the hottest horn out of New Orleans at the time.
When we were kids, we were all into The Green Hornet. I’m surprised it was only on for the one season. That was around the time Dad died…
