Full on fat Greek Yogurt is the only way to go, said to me by a nutritionist. The 0 fat stuff might be loaded with sugar, in its place. Who knows? It does taste better (indulgence?). Happy Friday, Beth.
I actually would go for hte non fat, as nowadays hte non fat are really lovely. And I can add some indulgence myself… like honey or chocolate sprinkles.
I only use plain yogurt for recipes, but come on, Beth, choose which one makes you happy! One of the few times you have to be an adult-decision making person that comes out great!
Definitely the left one, with the honey. That is how it is meant to be eaten! 🙂
Low fat, low carb, alcohol-free, caffiene free. All of that speaks of ‘additives’ to me.
Best wishes, Pete.
Indulgent for sure. My nutritionist told me to avoid the No-fat stuff like the plague. As another reader said, all sorts of badness in place of the fat that’s removed. Enjoy!
I’m late again, having read this earlier. I don’t do low fat anymore. They make for the flavor with added sugars so if I’m going to have sugars, I’m going to do the indulgent version. The honey sounds like a much better option. I usually get plain full fat Greek yogurt and add lots of cinnamon, some stevia and on occasion when I can get them, blueberries. I just found Oikos brand plain and it’s so much thicker and richer than the others. Lasts without getting watery too.

Ahhhh, I’m off dairy, so I’d have to go back to the store and get a non dairy option, though the Greek option is sooo tempting. 😅
