About luck: If it weren’t for bad luck, I’d have no luck at all. The best I can hope for is to not have more bad luck heaped on me than I’ve already had recently.
I have no Irish connections, but have always believed in luck. After all, if there was no such thing as luck, how could I have had so much bad luck during my life? 🙂
Best wishes, Pete.
I hope you had a happy st. patricks day. It was a good one for me, and I didn’t even have to use an Irish goodbye… It’s one of my favorite days of the year…
I am at least 50% Irish because all four of my Mother’s grandparents were born in Ireland but if my grandchildren do not marry someone with Irish background, that heritage will be halved away into single digits for their children.
I plan on being very lucky today in spite of my lack of Irish heritage. Of course, that is my plan for every day.

I’m sorry you’ve endured that and my wish is for your luck to change, much sooner rather than later

Happy St. Patrick’s Day! I claim not a single bit of Irish. However, green is my favorite color. Does that count?

I love the picture. I feel lucky most of the time and that is a gift–the optimism. I’m 22% Irish according to 23 and me.

I know some people say luck is being prepared for opportunity, but sometimes, it’s just luck.

Luck is a far more powerful force in our lives than most people like to admit. I think it’s a major driver. Erin go Bragh, my fellow Kennedy.
