to all who:
have had one, have been one, , are one now, or will be one someday,
happy father’s day to you –

I like you being the first one, but just for my own piece of mind, isn’t Father’s Day the third Sunday of June?

Well, I believe the whole month of May is dedicated to forms of Moms and the whole month of June, has Dads in mind! The stores are promoting it and I like to think it is great that you are ‘ahead of the game,’ Beth!! This was lovely with the quote, the proverb and the endearing photo of the animals who show great attention to their young! Smiles, Robin

I have to think it is silly to put any of these fine folks on a one day basis, anyway! Moms need to take more than one day, especially, to celebrate! I may have got that ball rolling with my June post too early, but I don’t care! Smiles!

Quickly always has fun prompts. I started one way and then it ended up well – being hijacked :)

This is too funny!! It’s OK to be a week early. Never OK to be a week late.
Or so I’m told. Have a happy Father’s Day at your household next week. I know we will at ours.

A lot of wisdom in that African proverb you quoted: “When an old man dies, it is a whole library which burns.” The knowledge that our fathers and other elders have. If we could be learn from it, we’d all be richer.
