imagine that?
it was only a week ago
on the new year
we were super bundled up
walking on a frozen lake.
then yesterday…..

It’s nice to get a break in the weather. Unfortunately, our snow and ice in Beetley changed to 12 hours of torrential rain!
Best wishes, Pete.

Yikes!!! Hope you didn’t have flood damage Pete! I’ve been expecting that to happen here in WV, but so far we have been lucky.

Nothing inside the house, but we have some shallow groundwater flooding in an outside shed. And it is still raining!
Best wishes, Pete.

First thing I do every morning: Turn on the weather channel. What did people do years and years ago when there was no TV/Radio weather forecasting? Maybe not worry about it so much.

That is just nuts. Mind you, we have had some milder weather and rain is in the forecast so that should reduce our mounds of snow – temporarily!

Now that’s some warmth. It was raining here in southern Minnesota Thursday evening, a cold rain. But that did NOT stop protesters from gathering in Minneapolis to decry the fatal shooting of Renee Good and ICE’s presence in our state.
