Love the saying. The image stirred up a totally different memory. When my two boys got their first paint-ball guns at ages 13 and 14, they paid their ten year old sister a whopping $1 an hour to run back and forth across the backyard with a giant box over her. They kept aiming at her little hand holes. She was just happy that they were ‘playing’ with her.

Karen took the day off from work and we went out to help her son, who’s moving into his first house about 30 miles from here. You will see his house in tomorrow morning’s post … Then we went out to a favorite place for a nice lunch and meandering. Great day. Thanks, Beth.

That’s a good idea, Beth! Keep a look-out for some… I have my girls ‘pimping me out’ regularly, even tried to get me to go out for a first date on Valentine’s Day… Nope, would not meet a guy on a busy night out at (of all places) Cracker Barrel!
