I didn't have my glasses on.... 
I can well remember the days of pre-school as we call it here. Leaving that tiny tot behind… now he’s just started secondary school. I have no idea where the eleven years have gone! :-)

Yes. I think this is why they should serve wine. Although then we would not just be disoriented, we also wouldn’t remember any key facts or figures. Maybe a blessing:).

I love Gracie Allen’s quote. She was a very funny lady.
Kindergarten is painful. I recall my eldest crying as she had to get on the bus for her first days in school. I felt helpless. But the bus driver cheered me up when she said that she ‘could handle this.’ Fortunately, her teacher did, too and we all survived that first year. ;-)
