A good friend is running for our township council, although it’s been the same group of guys for the last 30 years. I’m looking forward to seeing the changes her voice will make! Most of all, I love that her kids – and mine – are seeing democracy in action.

I have my “I voted today” sticker on my shirt and am at the library! I will have to leave soon, because one of my oldest ‘grandies’ turned 10 today, my original Skyler.
I love this little kinder boy: his heart and mind for Pedro for President. I assume his name is Pedro? Smiles!

great news, robin. wish skyler a happy double digit birthday – he is not one of my kinders, but is a doll, and his pedro shirt is an ode to the ‘napoleon dynamite’ movie, and a shirt the pedro character wore. so cute!

I loved that movie, but have only seen it once. It was a great one and I forgot about the t-shirt. Great ode to the movie, I will wish Skyler tonight at his ‘official’ birthday party a happy double digit! Thanks and enjoy your weekend!
