It seems that I used to read more about the wonderful people who go to countries and teach them to farm, have clean water, use empty Pepsi bottles to shed light in their huts. Now so much of the news is conflict. It goes in cycles, but I’m ready for the positive possibilies again:)

The Pablo Neruda poem is a wonderful reminder that there is a jusice to food. If we share our food with others on our journey, we invite them to be our companions on the journey. The word companion means to share one’s food with others.
