Beth, did you ever see Zen’s Pencils about Frida? It’s how I learned about Frida! And I love her quote. Imagine, knowing when you were painting something that you do it to keep them alive forever.

One of my all-time favourites! She even painted her pains and sorrows into her works. I always felt that this woman was just way ahead of her times, don’t you think? :)
