I didn't have my glasses on.... 
I have just been sending out a short video and pics from OUR FIRST snowfall today, after I WhatsApped a spring time video only two days ago!!!!!

It looks lovely, but I’m glad it’s not here! So far we’ve gone through this strange, mild winter without any snow, but at this point, I really don’t want any. This is the first morning I’m hearing a spring dawn chorus of birds outside.

i so get this, and i was right there with you until – there was a chance of looming snow and i flipped and thought it might be nice to have a snow day off of school before the season ends and welcome spring in next week )

I almost wish we had a snow day so I could have stayed home in pajamas, but that would mean at least a foot of snow and I really don’t want more of the white stuff. It’s time to start melting!

I remember loving snow days as a kid – it doesn’t snow often in Seattle, and a day off to play in the snow is invigorating!

Bear and I are always bidding the snow to come to our town, but this winter, it’s not listening. We LOVE it.
