It’s true. People in the full seats are oftentimes formulating their response rather than listening. Potent reminder.

I have13 seats here at home, a dozen of them are empty, and Frankie is in his doggie bed, .. but I’m keenly listening and reading the lyrics of Xavier Rudd’s songs tonight … the open window to my world is not quiet …
