I’ve never been to Vegas nor ever had a desire to go there. But it looks like you’re finding a variety of interesting sites. I especially like the motel art. So vintage cool. Or is it vintage?
My international students made a loop from San Diego, to Vegas, to the Grand Canyon to LA and home, probably not in that order. I think it was San Diego, Grand Canyon, Vegas, LA. Until I actually WENT to Vegas I thought I’d hate it. I didn’t.
Looks like a great place for a day out …

I would like to go to there, but I need to be in that “get-up-and-go-mood” first. Not gonna happen. 😦

There must be a ‘normal side’ to that city that we never usually see. I might try to find that, the ‘city behind the glamour’.
Best wishes, Pete.

yes, there is an area off of the strip that is becoming an artsy/vintage area and I really like that area – that motel is there

I’ve never been there and am unlikely to go now. But there was a time when I think it would have been a hoot.
