  1. My choice is “Limerick Green”

    This whimsically-named green looks fairly similar to many of the yellow-greens and lemon-limes on the list. Like Irish Green, it inspires images of rolling hills and sunlight, as it’s a grassy green with a fair bit of yellow. If you like the various shades of lime on the list but want something a bit darker and less fluorescent, Limerick is a color you may want to consider.

  2. However did you find THE perfect quote to go with this? Mein gott… There is getting creative with names of colours and then there is this! Though I bet those looking for a shade of olive, got a kick out of the name? Sheesh.

  3. Explains it exactly. I hate looking for wool and the colours are described with random things ‘ocean breeze’ ‘Christmas bells’ etc without pictures it’s really difficult to know what they look like.
