I didn’t have a favorite, but when I started watching the game, it was obvious who was outplaying who. Michigan certainly deserves the trophy!

For us in the Northwest, it was painful to watch. But Michigan earned it and deserved it. Their defense was great and their offense worked like clockwork. Congrats.

I’m a Husky and my fellow Husky friends had two points about the game. First the officiating was not good. There were many instances (at least six) where Wolverines were pulling on Husky jerseys without any calls. Second, Huskies were off on their game. They were not the team that played all season long.

I agree, they didn’t seem quite like themselves. and I’ve seen a lot of bad officiating lately, even in the pros

I flew out of Seattle on Tuesday (to spoil grandchildren for a week in Virginia) and the arriving plane at SeaTac was unloading from the game dressed in University of Washington gear and sad faces.

aw, that is always so sad. and in contrast, there was a huge welcome home here and a parade tomorrow. the only thing that changes is which team it is in each championship and in which position. always extreme emotion with winning or losing the big games

Losing a championship is the hardest loss, like finishing fourth in the Olympics.
