even in the prehistoric era, people would scrawl pictures of bison on the walls of caves.”

I love how mankind has always painted things in caves or written on walls. The most basic form of self-expression, and a reminder that they were there.
Best wishes, Pete.

Right. I love graffiti on walls, subways, and in public places. It can be quite creative. Government for the people, right?

I like the term “public art”. Maybe I’ll adopt it?

Wait a minute, they painted over CHALK? Huh. I recently photographed boxcar graffiti, but then I’m wondering whether some may be gang graffiti. I asked a young woman and man who were looking at the art at the same time and asked if they were the artists. They neither confirmed or denied. But after they left, Randy and I discovered a freshly-painted tag, paint still dripping blue. Huh.

Spot on message! I love reading/enjoying graffiti. For some, it’s the only “voice” they’ll ever be able to use!
