Wait a minute, they painted over CHALK? Huh. I recently photographed boxcar graffiti, but then I’m wondering whether some may be gang graffiti. I asked a young woman and man who were looking at the art at the same time and asked if they were the artists. They neither confirmed or denied. But after they left, Randy and I discovered a freshly-painted tag, paint still dripping blue. Huh.
