(not me, but similar to me yesterday, surrendering to life)
—
my plan was to do a lot of nothing
but the universe wasn’t having it
with a surprise leak in my house
and a
‘microwave food explosion incident’
it wasn’t meant to be
but
onward
today is another day
so far, so good
as most of the world is not yet awake.

Mount Microwave Eruptus and then flooding. Fingers crossed that’s the end of the disasters your way.

volcano and flood, at least no earthquake or hurricane.

I like your hopeful attitude for a better day. Sorry, though, about the surprise leak and the explosion in the microwave. Those are enough to change a nothing day to a something day.

you’re right, but small problems in the scheme of things, and certainly fixable. more of an inconvenience than a crisis.

Ah, yes…life has a way of making you do what it wants you to do, regardless of what you had planned. Hope everything is fixed and your day of doing nothing is back on your schedule.
