  1. If you were completely and totally ready, then I’m very sorry to say that we cannot be friends.

  2. Ready is relative. I am alive and tomorrow will be here whether I am ready for it or not. All I really have power of are the choices I make today…. And some days, I wonder what I was thinking. Have a fabulous Monday, may it be the Monday you need it to be. Peace.

  3. as we are waaaayyyy past making gifts and being so lucky to have what we need, we ‘celebrated’ our very private Christmas, just HH and myself, in our dear little local restaurant with a truly outstanding and festive Christmas lunch. It was so lovely, peaceful, with our precious friends in kitchen and serving; a couple-led cozy place with only friendly people-guests. then home, more coffee, and off we went again for a Christmas concert. A day well spent – and apart from that, i don’t need to be ready for anything….
oh well, yes i do. still need to practice the orchestra music for Christmas, as well as repeat the choir songs (where I have to sing alto as only one alto is left – all others are away over the festive period). then, after that, it’s dolce far niente for a moment or more.
