  1. this is my credo since forever…. i very often have ppl at our table, i love cooking for friends and ppl i like (couldn’t ever work in a restaurant or such) and in my ‘Christmas Letter’ (will send it to you by mail) the ‘sharing a moment together over food and drinks’ is mentioned several times…. i only NOW realise just how often i stated that fact, i think it must have appeared at least three times (you may count and report!).
Wishing you and your beloved ones – and all sharing a meal at a table everywhere – a blessed, joyful Thanksgiving Day & Evening!

  2. Planning weeks ahead of the feast is a third of the fun. Preparing the feast is the second third of the fun. Cleaning up is the third part of the fun .. which isn’t quite as fun. Wishing you a wonderful day. Enjoy the weather!!

  3. Ever since we moved here from a small apartment in London and now have a larger kitchen/diner, I have insisted on always eating dinner around the table. Even though there are only two of us most nights, I value the tradition of a family meal together very highly.
    Best wishes, Pete.
