when it’s late in the season
the elves have to go to santa
he doesn’t have time to be flying back and forth
looks like I just missed their weekly board meeting.

I was glad to read that all ages were invited. We are all ageless when Santa is around.

I can’t think of a single meeting I ever attended that was worth the time it took.

All meetings should be 2 minutes long and those who attend should sit at that table on those chairs. :)

We used to have a schoolwide language arts program in which students were grouped by ability levels. I taught a sixth-grade reading group for 90 minutes each day. My group was primarily composed of older elementary students, but for the rest of the day, I taught second grade. The funny part was that my older reading group students had to sit in these tiny chairs each day.

Lots of building up to Christmas posts here today.
YAY!!!
I adore them all. Thanks Beth!
There should be a book about the dog who ate Steinbeck’s book. That’s crazy. I mean homework is one thing, but this dog ate the “pièce de résistance”.

you are so right! that would be a great story! I’m surprised he didn’t write a short story about it.

Maybe if they had hot cocoa, I would pick that over any board meeting.
