rules became ‘suggestions’
more laughing
especially when they could not
make the leap from
their ‘very close but not quite correct’
shout out of:
‘bug-uanahumamhau bunny’
as a guess
to solve the charade of:
‘bugs bunny’
so close.
but not.

Playing charades was never a thing in my family or friends group, so it has always interested me as a popular pastime that I have not experienced.

it is really fun and we are very loose on the rules, so no one gets uptight about it, making it more fun in my opinion

Ooh, maybe instead of cards on Saturday night, we should switch things up and play charades instead. Could be especially fun after a couple of drinks!

I would say yes, judging by our personal experience. At one point someone stated, ‘the drinks have made this game even funnier!’ And seeing how they could not get to ‘bugs bunny’ and were stuck on bufgsbynjkh bunny….

we were out of control silly and sometimes it’s the best way to be. and it definitely is contagious and there is no cure.

When I play charades something weird happens in my brain…my guesses are so random…it’s like there’s a spinning wheel in my brain and wherever it lands is what I blurt out. I kind of love it. Yes to more charades in the world.
