It is a happy talent to know how to play.  ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

the family told  me that i’ve established a pattern of putting the grand babies inside of all kinds of stuff.

i say, we are in it together and they put me up to it.

we all had a great laugh when i was giving one of them a ride

in a large plastic container

and the glowing safety sticker on it said,

‘not a toy. this is not meant for play.

do not put your child in this.’

well, i didn’t have my glasses on,

how was i expected to read that?

  1. Family fun, Peaches style! If the grands fit, you will get them in it. That is fine cross-generational hi-jinx, Beth.

Beautiful pictures of both generations, too, may I add?

I have to laugh about the plastic container sticker. Talk about being bawled out by The Machine!

And I rarely see Ward quoted. He ranks behind The Beav, Wally, June, and, of course, Eddie Haskell. But that’s a wise line for the ages, Beth.

  2. Awesome grandbabies Beth! Love the pictures. The look on your face in the first picture, is so serious – like you were putting the finishing touches on a world peace treaty. Ha! Happy Easter!

  3. Fun in all varieties of packages and sizes! Your grands and you are always going to have delightful adventures, and theirs will be the stories that others will say are the most exciting, too! “Peaches and me” could be their title!
