as the baby ballerinas wait backstage for their moment in the sun –
emotions are mixed.
and at last
they are in the spotlight.
and one little dancer goes rogue.
and decides to go solo.
and that is a sure sign.
that she is one of my clan.
and i love her even more for that.

I have a rogue dancer too! I love this, Beth. Mine took a nap on the risers during a performance because she was tired and the lights were too bright. What fun.

Too cute! Indepen’dance’ is a good thing.
Son of Son was watching one of his favorites shows ‘Stella and Sam’ and now remember this is an almost four year old… he asks me; “How come we never see Stella and Sam’s mommy and daddy?”
Too smart where he sits… just like his own daddy.
I’m going to miss him while I’m away…but I need a break! Cheers!
