Ha. We go to a house on holidays where ‘the box’, as the accordion is called here, is always brought out and proudly played. Then the party is complete. I must remember the water melons next year.
So THAT’S what been missing all these years…the watermelon dancers. Thank you for letting me know. :) That’s makes all the difference in the world. :) Love it. (We’ve had the accordion)
I took accordion lessons when I was watermelon dancer age, Beth, but epic fail. Oh, what might have been. Great shot of your joyful crew. Happy New Year!
Watermelon is so hard to find during this season! But accordians are even harder to round up! I bet my youngest daughter down in German Village could tell me where to go to find someone playing one!
Never as good as the ones in your darling photo, who are definitely Naturally musically inclined!!
i’ll bet your daughter could come up with one, no problem and we may not be musically inclined, but we are very enthusiastic, and that counts for a lot )
Now they’re 2 forces to be reckoned with! 😀
