to say what your disguise is would be foolish. john mcAfee

i realized

after leaving this note

just how strong

nacho the cat not the food’s

potato fetish

has become.

when it comes to the point

that i feel the need

 to disguise a raw potato

so that he does not sneak off with it

secreting it away

for his eating pleasure

things may have gotten out of hand

and

someone has a problem

but i’m not saying any names.

  1. Side note: Why am I focused on the wine bottle almost to exclusion of all else…? ~ It’s Friday. Wine. Me. Want. That. ~ Not sure what that says about me…}8-?

  2. Nacho steals and eats potatoes?! bwahahaha! I’ve had cats most of my life and I have never seen one steal potatoes. Ha! Since nacho is a chip, maybe Nacho is slicing up the stolen potatoes and waiting for a chance to deep fry them so he can have chips. ha! That is Hilarious Beth. You do know that cats have a superb sense of smell – Nacho may very well dig out your potato. Good luck with your red headed potato stealing cat.

  3. What a great idea! I’m going to wrap my mascara in foil and see if I can trick whoever keeps “borrowing” it :) With a teenager still at home, I’m going to guess it’s not either of my cats..but hey, you NEVER know.

  4. That’s adorable. They do have their funny quircks, don’t they? Mine is a pen-stealer – he picks them up in his mouth and takes off with them like they’re a prize and I find them on the floor all over the house.
