That is awesome! Children give us such an appreciation for things…it’s like seeing for the first time, all over again; and throwing oneself into experiences. Huge smiles.

quotes are everywhere – and it is hard to see the sled. it’s a white plastic roll-sled and blends in perfectly with the snow in this picture. maybe all you can see is my friend pulling us into line on the hill, grabbing the yellow rope if you look close enough )

I do remember the fun of all that. Where I live snow has become quite unusual and we haven’t had a flake of it this year, never mind a white Christmas.

I’m suppose to get snow this weekend. But not enough to use the sled but isn’t nice for the children to have fun for a short time. Have a good weekend Beth.

Your photo reminds me of when I went sledding with my brother. He’s ten years younger than me. It didn’t end well, though, as the sled runners dug into a crust of snow and we went sailing – without benefit of sled – over the top. Ah! Good times. ;-)
