I have always been fascinated by things like this. I know I have seen some other trees that have grown around items like bicycles, tractors, etc… It is really neat to see.
There used to be a motel in Bend, Oregon, that had trees in the rooms. They just didn’t cut the trees down when the motel was built, they built it around them. Don’t know if it’s still there. But it was pretty cool to have a tree in my room.
I’m glad that someone made the choice to build the fence around the tree instead of cutting it down to create a “perfect” fence. So many people cut everything out of the way to make things as they think it should be.
Trees outlive weather changes, dry spells, bugs and us. CA has some of the oldest, largest trees. It’s inspiring to see the redwoods, as well as the Joshua trees in the desert. Love this post.

I see a tree tall and proud in its prime, surrounded by its “redwood” friends for whom life was not so kind…
