I’ve always liked October.
The students in my class have settled down into the routine. They know who’s the boss :)
No need to think of Christmas presents yet.
No Thanksgiving menu to plan.
A nice time.

I read a book where the character made the claim, “I was born in February, but I come alive in October.” I’ve never related to a character so much, because, same. :)
