I can’t live without a large calendar. Thank goodness the bank gives a new one every year. And so does a hardware store. Can’t have too many.
Both have pics of cowboys etc instead of Monet paintings. 😦
My liver would be toast if every day were Jan. 1, Beth. Just saying. As a 2022 aside, did all your WordPress platforms change again these past couple of days? I can’t get back to my trusted old ways of working the darn blog world of finding, commenting, etc., and I just had to hit follow for you all over again, too. Happy New Year!
Have a wonderful day. If we had New Year Eve’s more often, the parties would never end…until they became mundane and boring. We do know how to adapt. Maybe we should make up more holidays, like NO VIOLENCE THURSDAY, or FREE ICE CREAM WEDNESDAY. CLEAN THE OCEANS WEEK IN APRIL. DON’T DRIVE TUESDAY. You know, something that actually help things. Sigh. It’s way too dark today.
I love this, and I agree. Beginnings are delicious and hopeful. That’s why everyone loves babies; they haven’t learned anything just yet, and there’s still hope.
Happy New Year, Beth!

The midnight of an old year
To a dawn of new
Sorry, but Ivor made me want to leave my own haiku. Happy 2022!

Beginnings are okay. It’s endings that are often up in the air. May 2022 have a good one.

One ends, another begins. Seems like the natural order. I hope we share a great year.
