it’s january and i see the easter bunny

is already busy laying chocolate eggs

maybe she’s switching holidays

planning to take over groundhog day?

  1. I did see a section of Valentine’s Day candy boxes two weeks ago. Not sure if they are still there, but doesn’t that day always preclude Easter? Well, maybe they’re getting stock early because of all of the shipping fiascos and shortages?

  2. urgh. That really does annoy me when stores try to race ahead, and make time go even faster. I’m doing the opposite, always trying to slow it down! We’re still a month away from Valentine’s Day, for heaven’s sake. I’ll take a heart chocolate any day of the year, of course.

  3. What real difference does a date actually make? To me dates mean nothing, it’s the spirit of the celebration, the desire to communicate love and understanding and who cares when you do it as long as you do it. But I love the chocolates…
