Yeah … I could do with one of those terraced rest areas right now … I’m finding my writing schedule has me nearly exhausted …

Absolutely love this. It’s in such strong contrast to the hostile architecture more popular in the US these days…

And the workers will be happier and healthier after resting. Not to mention willing to work harder. I hope the brain that thought this up got a hefty raise.

Love this idea. It wouldn’t fly here though because they focus on designs that don’t require water or constant maintenance.

A great idea! It reminds me of a hill next to a middle school near me. On snow days, younger kids would sled down the terraced part of the hill. The older kids would sled down the faster part of the hill that wasn’t terraced. :)

funny – we had wooden ‚seatings‘ like that at the shore of the lake we just spent a short holiday. They‘re fantastic, wonderful, imaginative, until you try to eat an ice cream – that is absolutely impossible! and getting up again is a pain in the ‚you know what’s too! I love them and this is a brilliant idea.

How clever is that?! Do you think they need a special lawn mower?
LikeLiked by 1 person
I was wondering how they’d care for it, mow with a special mower and then rest on it, because it would probably be a tiring job?
