enter this charming store
like walking into a dream
towers, and dragons, and costumes, and animals, and castles, and art, and toys, and books, and puppets
surrounded by enchanting hand-painted murals
a circle where story tellings and puppet shows and theater play are shared
imaginations are encouraged and play flows freely.
‘the world of reality has its limits; the world of imagination is boundless.’

I feel lucky to keep stumbling upon these places – this one is northwest of where I live, but happened in there when visiting friends

With all the “trouble and concerns” of the world, we should never forget the lovely and wonderful things that continue to exist. I cherish(ed) my RLS book I received as a child. It’s long gone now.
We must provide our children/grandchildren and ourselves these simple pleasures that he wrote about. And hope the future will straighten itself out.

I agree with Sadje, it looks like a wonderful place to take the grandies. But are they the right age, though I suppose if you are of the right mind, age does not matter. Have a wonderful week.

Wow! Reminds me of the quote from C.S. Lewis, “Since it is so likely that children will meet cruel enemies, let them at least have heard of brave knights and heroic courage. Otherwise you are making their destiny not brighter but darker.”

What an enchanting place for kids…of all ages. What glorious colors and murals. I can just imagine the wonder and delight on the faces of the children that see those puppet shows and hear those stories. Chris
