  1. I am a big fan of soup as winter’s comfort food. Beef veggie, potato & corn chowder, cabbage soup and chili get rotated in the making and individual servings frozen from the batch.

    It was wonderful to see you “live and in action”! Great podcast!

  2. I am with you! Soup is always good… even if you have to slice it!
    Do you know, in Québécois culture, back when you cooked with wood, there was a soup that never ended on the stove? Every day something was added, soup was served for the meal, if there were leftovers, more was simply added for the next meal.
