this company knows how to mix things up!
what did you wear during your covid meeting days?
here’s something that i wore one day (with pajamas)
to surprise and cheer up my teaching partners and class
when we met online during this very challenging time.
channeling my inner llama

Your llama suit is great! Such an ice-breaker. I have never made or been in a Zoom call or meeting, and have never even done ‘Facetime’.
Best wishes, Pete.

ha ha ha haaaaa….. this is absolutely hilarious. Love the top photo and love the iilama portrait. thank you so much for this lightning of joy and laughter. I think I‘m gonna steal the top photo and send it to HH (hero husband) – he often had and has online meetings but he never ever wore a jacket or tie. these times are over. kisses!

I always wondered what the others were wearing below the computer screen … what I wore depended on the weather, ‘the whether or not’ …

it became a thing, and retailers said they were sending tons of shirts, blouses, jackets but nothing for the lower half )

I like that company, Beth! I would have worn what I’m wearing now … our family has developed a name for them. Our Inside Clothes (as compared to our Outside Clothes that we wear in public of course).

My granddaughter was terrified by a surprise visit from Santa Claus in the classroom. I like to think she would have reacted better to the adorable llama but I am not so sure.

online teaching during covid, but could have been equally terrifying. my teaching partners had a great laugh and most of the kids had fun guessing who it was )

You certainly made your classroom fun. The nuns who taught me in grade school were in the habit of wearing scary costumes every day.

You were just reading your favorite book right Beth — Is your mama a llama! But yes, I can see where it might have created an interesting meeting. Ha, ha.

Oh, this photograph of the ‘Zoom look’ really took me back to those days… I was in my Christmas pyjama bottoms (that’s ‘pants’ in the US) most of the time. Needed the sparkling reindeer, just for a bit of extra cheer! Don’t judge…

That’s hilarious. (Your llama is adorable.) Things sure have changed since I retired.
No such thing as zoom meetings back then.

So good! I think back about some of the ridiculous things I wore to work and laugh. One year I was a superhero bug exterminator for Halloween. I carried a tank sprayer and wore a cape with large model bugs hot glued to it.

I saw this the other day and laughed. Brought back so many memories and nightmares of pandemic living – where we had to work, homeschool and parent all at the same time. Definitely shorts and bare feet over here!
